Anna Marie (Gamble) Braun, age 94, of Carrollton passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2019. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday, January 31, 1925. Mrs. Braun was the daughter of the late, Robert Gamble and the late, Annie (Cunningham) Gamble. Besides her parents, Mrs. Braun is preceded in death by her husband, Adam Joseph Braun; her two brothers, Robert Gamble and Francis Gamble and her sister, Elizabeth Hawkins.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Felice Braun of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; six daughters and their spouses, Barbara Braun and Rosalind Duplechain of Carrollton, Marianne and Carl Povine of Reno, Nevada, Joan and Steven Keller of South Hampton, Pennsylvania, Patrice Martin and Jim Depiera of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Elizabeth Braun and Mistee Rowland of Carrollton and Judith Peberdy of Trevose, Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren, Paul Martin, Wayne Braun, Thomas Braun, Christine Peberdy, Richard Peberdy, Michael Peberdy, Julie Martin, Lori Martin and Patricia Martin; many great-grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
In accordance with Mrs. Braun’s wishes, she will be cremated.
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church will conduct a Mass on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 11A.M. with Father Mario Lopez officiating.
A luncheon will follow the service at the Carroll Center located next to the Church.
The family will receive friends at the Church prior to the service from 10A.M. until 11A.M.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made payable to Tanner Hospice Care In Memory of Anna Marie Braun. Donations can be mailed to Tanner Hospice Care at P.O. Box 1136 Carrollton, GA 30112.
