Celeste Norris Obituary
Ms. Celeste Marie Norris, age 43, of Villa Rica passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019. She was born in Berwyn, Illinois on Saturday, June 14, 1975. Ms. Norris is preceded in death by one sister, Tia Larue Norris.
Survivors include her father, Raymond Hatler Norris, Jr. of Effingham, Illinois; her mother, Laura Sue (Moore) Grantham of Villa Rica; two brothers, Raymond Hatler Norris III of Reidsville, Georgia and Andrew Norris of Effingham, Illinois; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Maggie and Tim Jones of Villa Rica, Andrea Norris of Effingham, Illinois and a number of other relatives.
In accordance with the family’s wishes, Ms. Norris will be cremated. The family plans to hold a memorial service at a later date.
