William (Bill) Webb, Jr. Obituary

 

Mr. William Delbert Webb, Jr., age 82, of Temple passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. He was born in Shady Dale, Georgia on Thursday, August 1, 1935. Mr. Webb was the son of the late William Delbert Webb, Sr. and the late Mary Lou (Cardell) Johnson. Besides his parents, Mr. Webb is preceded in death by two sisters, Margorie Chamlee and Jean Allen.  

Survivors include his wife, Ann Elizabeth (Haulbrook) Webb of Temple; three daughters and sons-in-law, Betty Ann and Danny Gann of Powder Springs, Patricia Ann and Roger Howell, and Mary Ann and Robert Duncan of Cleveland, Tennessee; six grandchildren, Blake Smith, Andrew Smith, Kevin Stieneker, Sean Stieneker, and Megan Stieneker; countless great-grandchildren and numerous niece and nephews that called him Uncle Jr.

Mr. Webb was a Veteran and served in the United States Marine Corps. He was also a member of Bremen Masonic Lodge #456 F.&A.M. and a member of the First Baptist Church of Bremen.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, March 16, 2018 at 11 A.M from the funeral home chapel with John Haulbrook and Pastor Herman Parker officiating. 

Interment with Military Honors and Masonic Funeral Rites will follow in Mount Harmony Memorial Gardens in Mableton, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Bremen Building Fund.
