Sheana Michelle (Hughes) Schmidt

Sheana Michelle (Hughes) Schmidt, age 32, of Carrollton passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023. She was born in Villa Rica on Thursday, May 10, 1990.

Sheana was beautiful in so many ways. She was a free spirit and exceptionally creative. Her passion for photography and videography began in High School, where she created and designed material for the Carrollton Trojan Jumbotron Scoreboard. She also excelled in other extracurricular activities, participating in Dance, being a member of the High School Color Guard, and cheerleading. Following High School, she continued to express her creativity through her photography, creating music videos, and writing poetry. Sheana was so very loved and she touched countless lives through her wit and her love for others.  Above all, Sheana loved her family, and she will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her mother, Michelle Roe and her husband, Michael Roe of Talladega, Alabama; her father, Anthony Hughes and his wife, Kelly Hughes of Temple; Sheana is also survived by four wonderful children, two loving sisters, her aunts, uncles and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Sheana’s wishes, she will be cremated.

The family plans to hold a Celebration of Life at a later date.
