Aubrey Jeff Scott

Mr. Aubrey Jeff “A.J.” Scott, age 35, of Temple passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023. He was born in Seguin, Texas on August 28, 1988. Mr. Scott is preceded in death by his father, Jeffery Guy Scott.

Mr. Scott was a Mechanic in the HVAC industry, working for Stateline Mechanical. He was known as a talented and “one of a kind” musician, artist, and philosopher. He enjoyed playing board games, watching movies, and spending time with his friends and family. A.J. loved the Lord and enjoyed reading his Bible. Mr. Scott will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his mother, Laura Denice (Sanders) Scott of Temple; his brother and sister-in-law, David and Rachel Perez of Georgetown, Texas; his sisters and brothers-in-law, Deanna and Karl Higgins of Rosenburg, Texas and Sarah and Gary Wixom of Temple. Mr. Scott is also survived by three nieces, three nephews and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with the family’s arrangements, Mr. Scott will be cremated.
