Barbara Brown

Ms. Barbara Brown, age 81 of Rockmart, passed away on June 25, 2025. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on May 17, 1944. Barbara is preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Bernice Brown and by her brother, Howard Brown.

Left to cherish her memory are her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Cythina Johnson of Rockmart; her daughter and son-in-law, Daphne Brown and Dwayne Bussey of West Virginia; her sister, Fortune Brown of Pikesville, Maryland; her grandchildren, T.J. Fernanders, Charles Johnson, Larry Johnson, Jr., Lamequa Williams, James Dash, Laquana Brown, Latoya Brown, Jahlon Williams, and Latasha Brown. Ms. Brown is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Ms. Brown’s arrangements, she will be cremated.
