Billy Wayne Maples

Mr. Billy Wayne Maples, age 44, of Carrollton passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2016. He was born in Carrollton on Friday, October 22, 1971. Mr. Maples was the son of the late Orville Maples and the late Mary (Caddell) Maples.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Maples of Carrollton; three sons, Nick Maples of Carrollton, Wesley Wallace of Carrollton, and Eli Greeson of Temple; one daughter, Kristi Wallace of Carrollton; one sister, Shelia Thomas and her fiancé John Lancaster both of Temple; two grandchildren, Destiny Boggess of Carrollton, Jordan Hensley of Carrollton, and a number of other relatives.
Mr. Maples enjoyed riding motorcycles, going to mud bogs, working on cars, and spending time with his family. He was a 1989 graduate of Temple High School and was currently working for Carroll County Public Works. Mr. Maples was a loving husband, father, and friend who will be deeply missed.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 from 4P.M. until 8P.M.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 7P.M. from the Croft Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Eric Evans officiating. Mr. Maples will be cremated following the funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, a love offering can be made to the memorial fund listed under the name, Constance “Connie” Maples. This donation can be made at any branch of the Bank of North Georgia.
