Delcer F. Agan
August 22, 1923 — February 6, 2015
Mr. Delcer Floyd Agan , age 91, of Temple passed away Friday, February 6, 2015. He was born in Haralson County on Wednesday, August 22, 1923. He was the son of the late William Floyd Agan and the late Willie (Gallimore) Agan. Besides his parents Mr. Agan is preceded in death by his wife Virginia (Powell) Agan; Four brothers, Artice Agan, Ernest Agan, Clarence Agan and Arlie Agan; Two sisters, Vernell Agan and Thelma Ezell.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, William and Patty Agan of Temple and a number of other relatives. Mr. Agan served his Country in the United States Army, he was a cabinet craftsman by trade, and worked for a number of years at Delmar Cabinet Company in Atlanta.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 8, 2015 from 4pm to 8pm.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 3pm with William Agan, Ray Dial, and Jerry Kinney officiating. Private interment will follow the funeral service at the New Brooklyn Baptist Church Cemetery in Temple.
