Doris Wetherbee

Mrs. Doris Bernadette Wetherbee , age 75, of Temple passed away Monday, February 3, 2014. Mrs. Wetherbee was born in Lowell Massachusetts on Thursday, January 12, 1939. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Edgar Founier and the late Marie Eva Duchane. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband Clarence Henry Wetherbee; Two sons, Wayne and Daniel Kenneth Wetherbee; Two sisters, Lucille Farmer and Yvette Guiyette.

Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law; William A. Wetherbee of Lowell, Massachusetts, Clarence Henry Jr. and Kathleen Wetherbee of Haverhill, Massachusetts; Five Daughters and two son-in-law, Rebecca Winters of Lowell, Massachusetts, Margaret and her husband Eric Paquette and Marie Eva Wetherbee all of Dracut, Massachusetts, and Sandra and her husband Emory Tomblin of Temple; One brother, Donald Fournier of Lowell, Massachusetts; One sister, Pricilla Boucher of Quebec, Canada; Eighteen grandchildren, Twenty one great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Doris Wetherbee was a wonderful woman who loved her friends and family. She enjoyed playing bingo, knitting and crocheting. Baking cakes and preparing desserts was an area of cooking she was especially talented at. She was a member of St. Mary Magdalen Parish in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts.

In accordance with Mrs. Wetherbee’s wishes she will be cremated and graveside service will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery in East Chelmsford, Massachusetts at a later date.  Please feel free to leave your online condolences at this time.
