Ms. Elizabeth “Betsy” M. Burch, age 68, passed away on Wednesday, October 17, 2018. She was born in Dubuque, Iowa on Saturday, September 23, 1950. Ms. Burch was the daughter of the late James Burch and the late Bette (Shulz) Burch.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Farmer of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and her brother, Ken Burch of Riviera Beach, Florida.
In accordance with Ms. Burch’s wishes, she will be cremated.

Cremation services are being provided by Hutcheson-Croft Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Temple.
