Imelda Golden Farr

Imelda Golden (Ghanem) Farr, age 38, of Austell passed away on Monday, August 12. 2024. She was born in Accra, Ghana, West Africa on April 28, 1986.

Imelda was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She was a graduate of Weber State University in Utah. Ms. Farr worked in construction as a subcontractor for a number of different companies.

Imelda is survived by her daughter, Genevieve Farr of Austell; her parents, Moses and Esther Ghanem of Douglasville; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Gabriel and Elenie Ghanem of New Jersey, and Valentine Ghanem of Accra Ghana, West Africa; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Mavis and Darron Rogers of North Carolina, Reginia Ghanem of Savannah, and Alberta Ghanem of Texas. Imelda is also survived by one niece, one nephew, and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Imelda’s arrangements, she will be cremated.
