Mrs. Julia Ann (Walters) Crosby, age 73, of Bremen passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on Saturday, February 26, 1949. Mrs. Crosby was the daughter of the late, Julian Ray Walters and the late, Grace (Allen) Armstrong.
Mrs. Crosby was a free spirit who loved being outdoors and admiring nature. She enjoyed going camping and horseback riding. Julia loved all animals, but she had a special interest in birds and dogs. Mrs. Crosby was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her husband, James Crosby, Jr. of Bremen; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Mark Boehmer of Kingston, Illinois, Eric and Kirsten Boehmer of Vine Grove, Kentucky, and Mark and Cindy Crosby of Piqua, Ohio; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Colleen and Mark Cerutti of Dekalb, Illinois, Rhonda Crosby of St. Marys, Ohio, Trina Krive of Sullivan, Missouri, and Bridget and Rick Hanson of Lee, Illinois; her brother, John Walters of Griffith, Indiana and her sister and brother-in-law, Jill and John Domazet of Griffith, Indiana. Mrs. Crosby is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
In accordance with Mrs. Crosby’s wishes, she will be cremated.
An Inurnment service will be conducted at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia on Friday, November 25, 2022 at 12:30 P.M.
