Mr. Lewis Avery Smith, age 58, of Carrollton passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016. Mr. Smith was born in Carrollton on Wednesday, November 6, 1957. He was the son of the late Levi Smith and the late Iva Nell (McLeod) Smith. Besides his parents Mr. Smith is preceded in death by his wife Sherry Smith.
Survivors include one sister and brother-in-law, Mary Green and Joel Webb of Tallapoosa; two nephews, Keith Green of Tallapoosa and Jody Webb of Buchanan; one niece, Dianne Clayton of Muscadine, Alabama and a number of other relatives.
In accordance with the family’s wishes Mr. Smith will be cremated.
