Nicole Ann Jones

Ms. Nicole Ann (Grimm) Jones, age 50, of Carrollton, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026. Born on November 1, 1975, in Pensacola, Florida, Nicole was the beloved daughter of the late Wayne James Grimm and the late Dalene Ruth (Sturgeon) Baillargeon. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Johnnie Waddle.

Nicole was a proud graduate of Temple High School, where she was recognized as a talented athlete in both softball and basketball. Her Christian faith was the guiding light of her life, and she deeply cherished her time spent with the members of her Life Group. Nicole’s devotion to her family and friends was evident to all who knew her, and she will be greatly missed.

She is lovingly remembered by her sister and brother-in-law, Jerri and Kenneth Hubbard of Temple; her nieces and nephews, Destiny Wilson of Temple, Lexi Hubbard of Bremen, Tommy Hubbard and his fiancée, Jennifer Porter of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, and Austin Gonzalez and his fiancée, Taylor Shinall of Temple. Nicole is also survived by her great nieces and nephews, Levi Wilson, Serenity Wilson, Gavin Hubbard, Ellie Mae Hubbard, Ema Hubbard, Axel Gonzalez, Brody Gonzalez, and other dear relatives.

In accordance with Nicole’s wishes, she will be cremated. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date to celebrate her life.
