Douglas Wayne Ford, Sr.

Mr. Douglas Wayne Ford, Sr., age 80, of Graham, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. He was born in College Park on Sunday, August 24, 1941. Mr. Ford was the son of the late, William A. Ford and the late, Eddie Bell (Barkwell) Ford. In addition to his parents, Mr. Ford is preceded in death by one son, John Ford.

Mr. Ford operated the Christian Radio Station, Rejoice 89.1 F.M. from 2005 until 2014. He was also a member of Freedom Baptist Church in Ranburne, Alabama. Mr. Ford was loved by everyone who knew him, and he will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Survivors include his son, Douglas Wayne Ford, Jr. of Morrow; three granddaughters, Samantha Ford of Vero Beach, Florida, Savannah (Paul) Santamaria of McDonough and Harlee (Tyler) Glover; his great grandchildren, Jayden Ford, Amauri White, Mackayla Ford, Alice Santamaria, Rylen Glover, Aliyah Glover, Aurora Glover, Ivar Glover, Malachi Glover and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Mr. Ford’s wishes, he will be cremated.
