Eva Mae (Sinyard) Hulsey

Mrs. Eva Mae (Sinyard) Hulsey, age 79, of Bremen passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023. She was born in Atlanta on Friday, January 14, 1944. Mrs. Hulsey was the daughter of the late, L.Z. Sinyard and the late, Fannie Etter (Williams) Sinyard. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hulsey is preceded in death by her brothers, Freddie Earl Sinyard, Leroy Sinyard, Jack Sinyard, and Clyde Sinyard; and by her sister, Ruby Etta Hickey.

Mrs. Hulsey was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Buchanan. She worked many years for NAPA in Atlanta and in later years, became a Nutritionist for Countryside Health Center in Buchanan. Eva enjoyed crocheting, sewing, being outdoors, going camping and hunting in South Georgia and vacationing in Florida. Mrs. Hulsey loved her family with all of her heart and she will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her husband of sixty years, Alvin Woodrow “Woody” Hulsey of Bremen; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Linda Mullins of Bremen, Lina and Tracey Lankford of Buchanan, LaChrista Hulsey and Jayce Buttram of Indiana, and Alexis and Ethen Paden of Bremen; her grandchildren, Brandi Dingler, Greg McDade, Jonathan McDade, Joe Mullins, Gracelynn Paden, and Ella Mae Paden. Mrs. Hulsey is also survived by her fifteen great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Mrs. Hulsey’s wishes, she will be cremated.
