John Harold Holcomb Obituary
Mr. John Harold Holcomb, age 79, of Carrollton passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019. He was born in Fairfield, Florida on Sunday, October 6, 1940. Mr. Holcomb was the son of the late, David Odom Holcomb and the late, Lilly (Hogan) Holcomb. Besides his parents, Mr. Holcomb is preceded in death by his wife, “Anna” Annie (Bobe’) Holcomb.
Mr. Holcombe was a member at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Carrollton. He made a career as forklift operator for Big Star in Atlanta. Mr. Holcomb enjoyed classical music, building things and taking care of other people.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, John Mark and Tabitha Holcomb of Carrollton; his daughter and son-in-law, Lori and John Danielson of Snellville; three grandchildren, Jacie Russell, James Russell, Quinn Holcomb and a number of other relatives.
In accordance with Mr. Holcomb’s wishes, he will be cremated.
The family plans to hold a memorial service at a later date.
