Martin Anthony Petrosky, Sr.

 Mr. Martin Anthony Petrosky, Sr., age 66, of Lithia Springs passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021. He was born in Logan, West Virginia on Saturday, December 25, 1954. Mr. Petrosky was the son of the late, Martin Petrosky and the late, Hazel (Swann) Petrosky. In addition to his parents, Mr. Petrosky is preceded in death by one brother, Dana Hodge and by his sister, Vera Miller.

Mr. Petrosky loved spending time outdoors with his hunting buddies at the Redneck Hunting Club where he was a member, watching West Virginia University football and watching NASCAR races. He was known as a history buff and for his ability to make people laugh with his dry sense of humor and great dance moves. Mr. Petrosky loved his family and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Ann (O’Neal) Petrosky of Lithia Springs; two sons and daughters-in-law, Marty Petrosky, Jr. and Jennifer Petrosky of Temple and Nick and Britney Petrosky of Lithia Springs; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom and Carol Hodge of Perry, Georgia, John and Darlene Petrosky of Whitman, West Virginia and Bryan and Anna Petrosky of Greeley, Colorado; two grandchildren, Breanna Petrosky, Ashley Petrosky and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from Life Church in Lithia Springs at 6P.M. with Pastor Alan Waldrop officiating.

The family will receive guests at the Church, prior to the service, from 4P.M. until 6P.M.

In accordance with Mr. Petrosky’s wishes, he will be cremated following the funeral service.
