Nancy Jean (Hamilton) Kelso

Mrs. Nancy Jean (Hamilton) Kelso, age 82, of Bremen passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023. She was born in Buffalo, New York on Saturday, August 10, 1940. Mrs. Kelso was the daughter of the late, Gerald Hamilton and the late, Myrtle (Beardsley) Hamilton. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hamilton is preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Kelso was a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She took pride in the details of keeping a clean home and enjoyed doing housework. Nancy also enjoyed crocheting and working in her garden of flowers. Mrs. Kelso loved her family deeply, especially her grandchildren, and she will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Bert Kelso of Bremen; her son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Jamie Kelso of Bremen; three daughters and sons-in-law, Narda and Kenneth Konchel of Bremen, Peggy and Curtis Miller of Bellville, Michigan and Robin and Bob Gerych of Livonia, Michigan; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Candace, Shane, Autumn and Zachary. Mrs. Hamilton is also survived by many great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Mrs. Hamilton’s wishes, she will be cremated.

The family plans to hold an Inurnment Service at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Flat Rock, Michigan at a later date.
