Patricia Ann (Duke) McPherson

Mrs. Patricia Ann (Duke) McPherson, age 76, of Carrollton passed away on Friday, September 2, 2022. She was born in Porterdale, Georgia on Tuesday, August 13, 1946. Mrs. McPherson was the daughter of the late, William Duke and the late, Gladys (Johnson) Duke. In addition to her parents, Mrs. McPherson is preceded in death by her husband, James Reginald McPherson, Sr. 

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, James, Jr. and April McPherson of Kingston and Chance and Traci McPherson of Rome; her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Alan Parker of Temple; her brothers, William Duke of Perry, Larry Duke of Fort Valley, Donald Duke of Macon, and Randall Duke of Warner Robins; her grandchildren, Melinda Golden, Taylor McPherson, Alanah Tallent, Aaron Parker, Andrew Parker, Annalyn McPherson, and Garrett McPherson; her great-grandchildren, Judah Tallent, Isaac Tallent, Alyvia Tallent, Addison Tallent, Mya Parker and one great-grandchild on the way. Mrs. McPherson is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Mrs. McPherson’s wishes, she will be cremated. 

The family plans to host a memorial service at a later date.
