Sherry Maxine Carney

Sherry Maxine Carney, age 54, of Carrollton passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. She was born in New York on Saturday, April 29, 1967. Ms. Carney is preceded in death by her father, Clair Augustus Carney and her brother, Daniel James Carney.

Ms. Carney had a heart for rescuing and taking care of animals. She enjoyed riding horses, swimming and raising exotic cats.  Sherry especially loved holidays and any other occasions that she could spend time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, David DeMarce of Carrollton; her mother, Nancy (Cason) Carney of Carrollton; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Annette Sue Carney of Kenworth, New York and Janice and Mike Simpson New York; Sherry is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

In accordance with Ms. Carney’s wishes, she will be cremated.
