William Steve Carter

Mr. William Steve Carter, age 54, of Carrollton passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021. He was born in Marietta, Georgia on Sunday, October 23, 1966. Mr. Carter was the son of the late, George Carter and the late, Mary Lois (Deems) Penny. In addition to his parents, Mr. Carter is preceded in death by his son, Dustin Marshal and by his son-in-law, Timothy Miller.

Survivors include his daughter, Brittany Miller of Jacksonville, Florida; two brothers, Bobby Joe Emory of Carrollton and William Emory; three grandchildren, Haley Carter, Riley Gates and Elijah Miller; his friend, Stephanie Karena Marshal and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with the family’s wishes, Mr. Carter will be cremated.
