I am very sorry for your loss; Condolences to you and your family. I look forward to the time when "death is swallowed up forever." (1 Corinthians 15:54) When one of my family members passed away, I looked to my family for comfort, but most importantly, I received comfort from God's Word the Bible. Jesus likened death to sleeping. This is encouraging because people can be awakened from sleep. The Bible gives us hope of a resurrection. In Revelation 21:4, God promises, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." I look forward to that time and it helps me get by. I hope it is encouraging to you too. Already miss you and all of our talks and shenanigans brother. Why do the good ones always go first and the assholes like me will be here for eternity? You sure taught me a lot in our years of friendship, the most important was how to be a real friend and how to know who my real friends were. You damn sure tooped that list. I love you brother and I will do any and everything I can for Beth and your family just like we talked about so many times. Fly high Big D you'll forever be loved and missed.

Beth we are so sorry for your and the families loss. There aren't any words that will bring you comfort right now. I know your heart is broken and part of it will be fractured forever. I didn't know Dwayne that well but I do know that he made you and the kids happy and for that I liked him. May God be with ya'll in the days to come and give you comfort and peace. My deepest sympathies to Dwayne's wife Beth and to his children and to all family members and friends. May God wrap his arms around you all and give you comfort and peace at this time, and encouragement to go on and live a life with Dwayne absent from it. Take however long you need to grieve....strengthen each other..and speak about Dwayne all the time. Share all the memories and photos that you have with him in it often....in that way he will never be truly gone. In the hope that you will all meet again God Bless.
